What does a typical training session look like?
Your One on One Personal Training workout consists of:
- Warm-up
- Flexibility, mobility, stretching to get you ready to move
- Resistance Training to tone and strengthen your muscles. Things like free weights, machines, kettle bells, resistance bands, body weight exercises and more.
- Balance, agility, and coordination skill work
- High energy drills to build endurance and stamina and burn fat.
- “Core” work to tighten and tone your midsection.
- Cool down and recovery movements to cut down on soreness

How Do I Get Started?
The first step is to set up your FREE consultation.
We will talk about your goals and your current and past exercise routines. We talk about your health history (injuries, health issues, etc).
We also talk about your current eating habits and map out a plan to improve them. Since 80% of all fat loss and muscle gains come from modifying your diet, this is an important topic.
Once we have covered everything, we map out a game plan of your training program. You’ll now know everything in store for you as you reach towards achieving your fitness goals!
